5 out of 5 starsThis item was just as advertised-- super cute! It combines two of my favorite things: cats and Stardew Valley! I definitely should have sized down (that's on me, I was too lazy to measure). Great product, would definitely shop here again.

This saves us both time and makes sure the sample, mockup images, look closest to the design you want the first time! It also helps when we talk about local product availability as I work with different printing partners in Canada and the US. Tariffs Information & The Supply Chain
Domestic options WILL be selected whenever possible! if you are Canadian, your product will be produced by my Canadian printing partner; if you are American, your product will be produced by my American partner, if possible!
Even if your item says it will ship from one country or the other this is not necessarily the case! I have the ability, and I try to switch each item to its respective country's printing partner in production. If you want to ensure your item is available for domestic printing and shipping; please reach out!
Not every item unfortunately can be, nor every color. Kids sizes are only produced in the USA at this time. Most adult sizes and some colors are producible in both countries!

Delivery Issues
Your tracking says delivered but you can't find your item?
It's not common but it does happen from time to time.
The first thing you should do is have patience, unfortunately sometimes the post office marks your item as delivered before they bring it. My printing partners want me to wait 7 days after it is marked delivered before informing them that it is lost, as most often it DOES turn up in this time.
Be sure to check with neighbors and contact your postal service BEFORE reaching out!
If it still isn't located PLEASE contact me! I will be so happy to help with a reprint. We can try again, including at a different address if requested. I want the experience to be positive and you to happily receive your item.
I want my item before a certain date!!
You want your item by a specific date? We'll do our absolute best!
Ensure you place your order a minimum of 2 weeks before your event for processing and delivery time!
FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS please purchase no later than December 9th, or there is a potential of a late arrival.
When shipping internationally, order even earlier. Please reach out to me if you are unsure where your item is printed and shipped from, some of my printing partners have domestic options and some do not.
I do work with printing partners and once I give them the go-ahead, the deal is sealed! Be sure you order with ample time and select the shipping you want at check out. See shop policies for more info!

Strikes, Natural Disasters, Political Problems
The world is uncertain and things arise. Take a look at the top of my shop in the 'about' tab on mobile, or the announcement on PC.
Any current events that effect shipping and processing will have up to date information displayed there. Please take a look and send me a message if you need further clarification or assistance.
I can't control the postal service or the geo-political landscape, but I can discuss shipping options, troubleshoot reprints with my partners, and look into tracking information. I will do whatever is within my power to help you out!
There is an issue with my item!
While it is not super common, it unfortunately can happen. PLEASE immediately send me 2 photos of the issue and I will contact my partner right away! I promise you, I want to correct this and will make it a priority!
