Measurements are provided in the description of most listings. If it's not available, please convo me for measurements. Since all kids come in different shapes and sizes, I cannot tell you what size you should order. You know your child the best. If she's bigger than average, than please order up in size.

Unfortunately, delivery date is not guaranteed by the US post office for Standard or Priority shipping, there can be delays.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES:
I will always ship to the address you provided when you ordered. If your package is undeliverable for whatever reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost for us to re-ship back to you.
If you do not want us to re-ship, we will refund you for the ITEM(S) ONLY minus 20% restocking fee and shipping fee.
