I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase via a review and not a message to me directly. These marks are not "chunk cut in it" rather they are marks from the stone not being polished down to smooth. Some have bigger divots than others; this one happens to be a small mark. I have an entire batch of these. Again, I apologize you felt this needed a 2-star review.
