What to do if you want to see a proof of your custom order before it is made:
To ensure your satisfaction, we create proofs by request for all personalized orders at no additional cost. We happily provide as many design changes as needed before final production. Let us know in via messages or notes to seller if you would like to receive a PDF proof.
What to do if your order is needed by a certain date:
If you place an order and it is marked as a gift, send us a message of the date the item is needed by and we will do our best to expedite your order. If no date is provided, your order will ship within the estimated time frame provided during checkout.
What to do if you need to make a change to your order:
We allow buyer initiated cancellations within 6 hours of ordering. If you need to cancel outside of the allotted window, send us a message to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
What to do when an item you want is no longer available:
Sometime our listings sell faster than we can catch up, to ensure you get your order in a timely manner we only list quantities we can fulfill. Please send us a message with a request for a specific product and we will put you on our wait list to order as soon as the product becomes available again. We will notify you when you are able to place your order.
Notice for All Customers with Orders Being Shipped Outside of the USA
All orders being shipped outside of the USA may be subject to additional VAT and shipping fee's subject to each countries rules. These fee's are out of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Information:
First Class Shipping - Takes 3-10 business days. This form of shipping does NOT come with insurance. You have the option to select added insurance during checkout.
Priority Shipping - Takes 2-3 business days and comes with insurance.
Priority Express Shipping - Takes 1-2 business days and comes with insurance. If a package is not delivered in that window, contact us.
**Lost packages that are marked as delivered by USPS will not be refunded unless you select First Class shipping with insurance or any Priority Shipping option. Investigations will be made with USPS before any refunds will be made.
Additionally, if you wish to use UPS or FedEx, please contact us for a custom quote as additional fees will incur.
