When will I receive my items?
Every item is made-to-order and will be ready to ship out in 1-3 business days via your selected shipping method.
Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days once it is shipped out. A Priority Shipping upgrade takes 2-3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to all my items being custom, made to order and seasonal. If there is any error on my part or you are unhappy with the condition of your order please message me and I will resolve the issue.
I accept cancellations up to 2 hours after ordering. I try to be prompt and ship your items out within 1-2 days so please contact me within 2 hours after placing your order to cancel or make any changes to your order.
Additional Information
Customization: Most items can be customized. If you see something you love but need a different color message me for what you had in mind.

Shipping delays
Please order well in advance for your event. Allow plenty of extra time as shipping delays are out of my control. I will ship within 1-3 business days. However, once the package is out of my hands I cannot control the possible and unseeable delays with the postal service as your package touches many many hands.
Helpful tips from personal experience.
Open and unravel all banners with care. Use a table or open space to unravel long banners so you can lay it out and untwist easily if letters or numbers become tangled. If the banner becomes tangled when hanging do not pull, instead, very gently shake the string so the banner untangles. If still tangled lay down flat on an open surface to untangle without damaging the letters/numbers.
Note when hanging banners: If using tape to hang the string on a wall or surface and the banner begins to slip and slide down wrap a piece of tape around the string where you want to hang and then tape to the wall. Taping the tape instead can prevent sliding.
Remember all party decorations are not toys and should be kept out of reach from children and pets!
