I’m just a guy who ordered something for his wife for a baby shower. So I can’t speak too much to the design or quality, but I can tell you that the customer service was incredible. When it looked like the item might not arrive in time for the shower, even though it was within the promised delivery times, I contacted the seller and told her we were facing the deadline. She took it upon herself to send the item priority mail at her cost. What a jewel!

Gorgeous! I requested custom colors somewhat. She took what I asked for and did exactly what I wanted. Like most reviews have said, shipping was delayed. It was just for me so there was no issue about being late. Though I would have preferred to be notified of the delay. Definitely worth the wait!
