Little Genesis Co. Mission
Little Genesis Co. is truly a repercussion of God's grace toward me. As my faith has grown and my understanding of the Bible has strengthened, my desire to spread the GOOD NEWS has only multiplied. I believe that knowing the Lord and coming to a true understanding of who He is begins at a young age. It is never too early to teach our children about Christ.
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
That's why I have created patterns to represent biblical stories or biblical truths that can be daily reminders to our children of God's goodness. They can spark conversations between us and our children and even be reminders to us as parents to talk about these truths with our children every day.
My "Jonah" pattern was one of the first bible patterns I ever drew, inspired by my sons love of that story. What an incredible story of obedience...well disobedience and then obedience. It's been a wonderful way for us to talk to our 2 year old about the importance of obeying God (as well as his parents), and how God forgives and shows mercy and grace to us even though we don't deserve it.
