Custom and personalised orders

For custom requests that I make to order, I would appreciate a half-payment in advance to reserve your listing. Once entire order is ready for shipping I will invoice you for the remainder of the payment including shipping costs.

There will also be an additional custom made order fee added to the listing price, which is dependant on extent of extra work/supplies necessary for the custom order. This helps offset the time and effort I put in to creating a custom item just for you. I often use and purchase extra supplies while creating a custom order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are packaged in brown paper or tissue and tied with twine. I would be happy to add a gift message/note if desired, please just let me know via the conversations or note to seller during checkout.

Care instructions

Please hand wash all crochet items in cold water and lay flat to dry.

Shipping multiple items

If you are purchasing more than one item, the shipping will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail ($6.80), and will be mailed in the appropriate Padded Bubble Mailer provided by the USPS.
