** In rare cases, we offer an exchange for in-store credit, no refund. A Buyer needs to contact us within 3 days of delivery and the item has to be postmarked within 7 days after it is received.

** We use FedEx Ground, USPS Ground, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail within the US, all come with a tracking number. After the item is shipped, please allow 7-10 working days to reach its destination.
