We offer a range of stock tartans, or can order in specific tartans to meet your needs. Please contact me for a chat and together we'll create something for your wee one that you'll cherish forever.

Shipping
If you need an order urgently please contact me before purchase to establish whether we can get it to you on time. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to incorrect postal information then shipping will be charged for reposting. Etsy policies state the items can be shipped only to your shipping address, unless written confirmation (via convo) is given of an alternative shipping address at the point of ordering.
The seller is not responsible for delays at customs or additional customs charges incurred for importation of goods.
Expedited courier shipping is available on request. Please contact seller before purchase for an estimate.

Can you organise expedited shipping?
Absolutely! I can ensure international items arrive within 7 business days of posting for an additional charge. For UK customers next day delivery is available as a shipping upgrade option. Contact me for details of these services.
What if my parcel is lost in the mail?
I use a tracked shipping service and you will receive tracking information in your dispatch note. It is unlikely, but If your parcel becomes lost please let me know and I can try to help to find it. The carrier states that I must wait 3 months from posting before the parcel can be declared as officially lost. After this time you will receive a full refund.
Can you order in specific tartan?
Yes! We'd love to help you find the tartan that you require. Please contact us for details and a quote.
