Taxes & Customs
USA: If you are in the US and your order is under $800, you don't need to worry about extra customs fees. ✅
EU & UK: For customers in the EU or UK, we recommend keeping your order under €150. Etsy will collect VAT at checkout, so you won't have to pay extra upon delivery. ✅
Australia: We recommend orders stay under $600 AUD. Etsy collects GST on orders under $1000 AUD. ⚠️
Canada: You may be required to pay taxes upon receipt. Etsy does not collect GST/HST for orders bound for Canada. ☑️
Note: If you have already paid taxes on Etsy, you will receive an invoice. This ensures you are not double-charged. If taxes were not collected at checkout, please be prepared to pay them upon delivery.

What if my order is not trackable?
If your status shows "Pre-transit / Label Created / USPS Awaiting Item," don't worry! Your status will update immediately once the package arrives in your destination country. We appreciate your patience during this transit period.
What if my package is delayed?
Please be aware that couriers experience peak volumes, especially during holidays or due to severe weather. While we cannot control these external factors, your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives significantly later than expected, we will gladly refund your shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage, please provide detailed photos of the damaged item and its parts. This allows us to quickly send you a replacement or the necessary parts.

What if my package is lost?
