Helping Kids Build Calm, Confident Routines Through Visual Support
Our Mission
At Little Minds Co., we believe every child deserves tools that help them feel calm, capable, and confident in their daily life.
Founded by a practicing psychiatrist, Little Minds Co. creates science-backed visual supports designed to help children understand expectations, manage emotions, and build independence. Our resources are intentionally designed to support all children—ranging from toddlers learning daily routines to school-age kids strengthening emotional regulation and coping skills.
Why We Started
After years of working closely with children and families in clinical and real-world settings, we noticed a recurring challenge: many evidence-based strategies discussed in therapy or school settings were difficult for families to apply consistently at home.
Parents often wanted tools that were:
• Simple and intuitive
• Easy to use during everyday moments
• Supportive without feeling overwhelming or clinical
Little Minds Co. was created to bridge that gap—transforming professional strategies into clear, visual tools that fit naturally into daily family life.
What Makes Our Tools Different
Our printables are thoughtfully designed to:
• Support emotional regulation and predictability
• Reduce power struggles and daily stress
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Create calm, structured routines children can understand
They are especially helpful for children who benefit from visual structure, including those with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or big emotions—but they are just as effective for neurotypical children navigating everyday routines and transitions.
Who Our Tools Are For
• Parents building calmer, more predictable routines
• Children developing emotional awareness and coping skills
• Families with neurotypical and neurodivergent children
• Teachers, therapists, and caregivers supporting children at home or in educational settings
Whether your child needs extra structure or simply thrives with visual guidance, our tools are designed to meet them where they are.
Our Approach
As both a psychiatrist and a parent, I believe the most effective tools are practical, warm, and empowering—not intimidating or overly clinical. Every resource in our shop is created with the goal of supporting children’s growth while giving parents clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Thank you for being here and for supporting your child’s development—one routine at a time.
