I use a professional, non-toxic brand of polymer clay called FIMO, known for its durability and flexibility. While polymer clay is crack-resistant and sturdy, it is not indestructible and should be treated with care.

To keep your charm or jewelry looking its best:
• Avoid water, moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight
• Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping
• Do not use charms on keys - hard metal contact can cause unnecessary wear

If your piece gets dirty, gently wipe it with a damp paper towel or baby wipe.

Oh no! Polymer clay jewelry is handmade art and can occasionally be damaged if dropped or handled roughly.

Minor breaks can often be repaired with household super glue. If you need guidance, feel free to message me - I’m always happy to help.

Yes! Every clay piece is handmade by me, which means slight variations in shape, color, and detail may occur. This is part of what makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

I use a variety of finishes; from matte to high gloss, depending on the look I’m aiming for. Some pieces are intentionally left unvarnished for a more organic, handmade feel.

To avoid damage during shipping, all of my pieces come in an adorable jewelry box with a padded mailer to ensure that the charm is protected.

Look for the 💜 COLORFUL 💜 package! I ship my items in a beautiful pastel colored square box (6x6x2") with padding on the inside for added protection.
