I sure do! I am always happy to personalize an existing freshie listing for you. You can choose any number of color combinations. I just don't have enough space on a listing to show all options. I would also be happy to design something new as well. I will try to accommodate as best as I can with that. Please message me with your questions or requests.

Freshies can last up to 4 weeks depending on your car environment and weather elements. The scent itself can have a lot to do with that as well. Some scents have stronger scent throws than others. You may start to see the wear and tear up to that time frame. Glitter and paint may chip or peel off over those 4 weeks. I cannot replace freshies for that reason alone. Please message me with scent questions!

It can be caused by olfactory fatigue! If your freshie is new (within the first 20-30 days) you may become nose blind. Even if you think your freshie may not smell anymore, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t. I recommend putting it back into its bag (to check later to see if it still smells) and rotating to a different scent for a while!!

The quick answer, yes. Keep your freshie out of direct sunlight while your car is parked. In extreme heat, freshies WILL melt OR crack. If you have to park in direct sunlight I recommend to put your freshie down on the blinker handle to keep it out of direct sun or use trusty old sun shade. Usually if you're parked in the shade or a a garage, your freshie should be just fine.

All freshies come with either a hook inserted into the freshie or I bake a hole in the freshie to weave the hanging string through. Make sure your freshie is freely hanging on your rear view mirror. If its bumping on other items, glitter and paint may chip or peel off. I cannot replace freshies for that reason.

No. Only because of the custom nature of the freshies. They are all made to order. Therefore, they can not be resold if you had the option to return it.

Fragrance is personal to everyone. While I wish every scent could be perfect for everyone, I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges if a fragrance isn’t to your liking. All freshie sales are final. No return or exchanges are allowed because each freshie is personalized and made to order. I can not resell a returned freshie. If you have scent questions please feel free to message me any time!

A freshie is a handmade air freshener. It's made from clear aroma beads that I mix with measured fragrance oil. The oil absorbs into the measured aroma beads to create awesome scents. These beads are then colored, baked, and decorated by myself. Freshies main uses are in cars. You can also use them in a wide variety of small spaces like closets, cupboards, lockers, office cubicles, gym bags, bottom of your trash cans, and more!

1. Double check the address you input at checkout to see if there is an error. It's possible maybe you moved recently or possibly fat fingered a number on the address.
2. Please contact your local USPS location as well as your neighbors. Human error can occur and can accidentally be delivered to your neighbor, or for some reason the mail person wasn't able to deliver to your address.
3. If none of those options shake out, please file a claim on USPS.com. Go to the "Help" section on the toolbar, then scroll down to the "File a Claim" option. There it will help you file a claim with the USPS to either find your package or refund you.
