Hi, I'm Sammie - and when life gave me Mondays, I whined and cried about it for years before I decided to get myself together.
I spent years surviving long corporate workdays and Nashville traffic hell, wondering if life was supposed to feel like one endless Monday. Somewhere between the commute, the deadlines, and the burnout, I realized I needed to make something that simply made people happy while finding my own happiness again.
That's how Sour Mondays Studio was born.
Around here, Mondays might be sour—but your mail never has to be.
Every design in my shop begins with an idea that makes me laugh, reminds me of something cozy, or brings back a little nostalgia. I love creating whimsical paper goods inspired by cottagecore forests, vintage storybooks, cozy seasons, colorful celebrations, charming animals, and little moments that make everyday life sweeter. I also sprinkle in some scary designs inspired by the true horror....corporate life and Nashville traffic.
Each tag, bookmark, sticker, and paper good is thoughtfully designed, printed, cut, and packaged by me in my Tennessee studio. I spend countless hours experimenting with papers, colors, textures, ribbons, and finishes so every piece feels like a tiny keepsake instead of something disposable.
My gift tags are made to be more than just gift tags. Customers use them for gift wrapping, junk journals, scrapbooks, tiered tray decorating, party favors, holiday decorating, place settings, memory books, and collecting. I love creating pieces that can become part of someone's traditions year after year.
