Frequently asked questions
How do I specify my monogram/name/customization?
Use the Notes to Seller box at checkout to add your customization directions!
Please Include:
- Your name/text/personalization request exactly as it must be spelled.
- If specifying monogram: please list initials like example "aCb", with the letters in the exact order to be printed (typical monogram: fLm, first Last middle). If full name or monogram is not specified for a design that uses monograms, we will use the first name initial.
When customizing the color:
- Color customizations are for the text only!
- If you select a custom text color, this will replace ALL current text's color.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Because all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
We can accept order cancellations and changes within 4 hours of order placement. (After this, we may have already begun printing your item!)
However, if you are unhappy with your item or there are any issues once it's delivered, please let us know within 1 week and we will be sure to make it right no matter what! We appreciate any and all feedback.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please be sure that your address is entered completely correctly as it is the buyer's responsibility if the package is returned undeliverable or delayed in transit due to transit issues. International ship times to some countries overseas can possibly take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Due to postal issues, we are no longer able to ship/sell to select countries including but not limited to: Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia. Etsy Settings unfortunately are not capable of limiting orders from select countries, so we will cancel/refund your order if we are not able to ship securely to your location. We apologize for any inconveniences this creates!
Do you offer design proofs or previews?
Yes, absolutely! Just request in the personalization details and we'll send a preview before it's printed.
If a proof goes over 7 days without a response, we may move forward to printing without approval, so keep an eye in your Etsy messages and email! And while we try to always be as accommodating as possible, in some rare instances we reserve the right to charge additional fees for multiple design changes/proofs. If for some reason you decide you no longer wish to continue with the order after receiving a proof, a design fee for the proof will still be due.
