♥ How and where can I print my files and how many copies can I print?
♡ You can print your files at home, at your local print shop or you can order online.
♡ My shop has partnered with Prints of Love to offer clients affordable, high quality, online printing services. They offer international shipping and free US shipping and envelopes in most sizes.
♡ Yes, you can print as many as you need, for one event only. (For personal use, you are NOT ALLOWED to resell your templates in any way)

♥ Is it true that I can try out the templates for free before I make my purchase?
♡ Yes absolutely! Just follow the link in the item description to try out the free demo.
♡ You will be able to see exactly what you can do with each template and which parts are editable.
♥ How many times can I download my files and will they expire?
♡ You will be able to DOWNLOAD your template 10 TIMES (you can save as many times as need before you download). If you need more downloads, please contact me at lindi@littleprintablesshop.com.
♡ Your template will be available to you for 6 months and will expire after that.
♥ Do I need any special software to edit and print my template and do I need to download any fonts??
♡ Nope, you only need your computer, phone or tablet and an internet connection.
♡ You can personalize your templates right in your internet browser with Corjl, no special software required. You can read more about editing your files here: https://littleprintablesshop.com/post/1015194761931/how-to-edit-your-corjl-files
♡ No need to download any fonts! All fonts are available on Corjl, and you can pick and choose if you don't like the ones I used.
♥ Can I add my own text and what else can I edit on my templates?
♡ Yes, most text are editable! Please read the item description carefully, because there are some that are not editable by you.
♡ If you need to change some of the text that is not editable, please contact me personally at lindi@littleprintablesshop.com.
♡ You can change colors and fonts for most text (on your computer, not your phone), move them around, resize and rotate.
♡ You can also move around, resize and delete some clip art, depending on the design.
♡ You can even add your own photos! I do recommend that you try out the demo before you purchase to see exactly what is editable.
♥ Can I use a mobile device or tablet to edit my files?
♡ Yes, sure! Just keep in mind, that editing on a mobile device or smartphone is limited. You can only edit text (you cannot change the font or color or the text) and you can add photos.
♡ More advanced edits can be done on your computer.

♥ How will I receive my files?
♡ Within minutes after you made your purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl containing a link to access your item/s. Read more about accessing your Corjl files here: https://littleprintablesshop.com/post/992393442922/how-to-access-your-corjl-files
♡ Corjl will send this email to the email address associated with your account.
♡ You will also receive an email with instructions from us.
♥ I did not receive my Corjl link to access my files. What should I do?
♡ If you do not see the email with the link, make sure you are checking the email address associated with your Etsy account. Also, check in your spam/junk folder.
♡ If you need the link sent to a different email address, please contact me at lindi@littleprintablesshop.com.
♡Alternatively, GO TO CORJL.COM and enter the email OR username that is associated with your Etsy account & the order number (NOT transaction number) of your purchased item. Next, create an account to access your items. Your order number can be found on Etsy by going to YOU > PURCHASES & REVIEWS and by clicking on VIEW RECEIPT. The order number will be on the upper left-hand side of the receipt.

♥ I'm having issues with my Template. What should I do?

♡ A lot of problems on Corjl are caused by an outdated browser. The best browser to use with Corjl is Chrome. Also, make sure your browser is up to date.
