1 out of 5 starsOrdered in February. Come July, still no package. Seller said order had shipped & then when I tracked it was undeliverable to my address - months later (June). After multiple attempts to contact seller on status of shipping, with days of waiting for a response, if one at all - I have no package. Asked for a refund, was never issued one - so I had to open up a case with Etsy. So disappointed! I was so excited to receive this wrap.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality of this swaddle is amazing! It’s so incredibly soft. It did arrive late, but got here a few days before our newborn photos so that’s all I care about. I did reach out to the seller for an update on shipping as the estimated date was approaching and I hadn’t gotten a shipment notification. But once it shipped it arrived fast. I would order from this shop again because the quality of their pieces is amazing!

5 out of 5 starsI love this little hat so much! It’s so nicely crafted and really good quality. My babies head was slightly too big for it, but we made it work (she was born with a 14 in head and the hat was used 2 weeks after). It did arrive late, however once it shipped it got here quickly. I did have to reach out to the seller for an update on shipping, as the estimated delivery date was approaching and I hadn’t gotten a shipping notification. I wish they would have reached out to me first saying that there was a delay in production and that it was going to be late. It arrived about a week late but it did get here before our newborn photos so that’s really all I care about. I still would order from them again because the quality and craftsmanship of their products are really amazing.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality is super! Soft & natural materials. The little romper and binnie are very well sewed together. They're super cute and I can imagine very warm for my little baby. The seller is very friendly and willing to help with any question. You can choose between many colors I went with simple brown.!
