    Thank you so much for my be merry Christmas bunting it's even better than I expected. The quality is amazing and so unique, nice to know that it is handmade and can't be bought anywhere else! Emma is so easy to deal with and the delivery was so prompt! I love personalised things and Emma has so many ideas, just placed an order for a personalised Christmas stocking for my baby's first Christmas, the quality is so great I know I'll be able to use the decorations year after year! Can't wait to order something else, thank you again :)

Shipping

Your item/s will be shipped within 21 days from date of order, however I can usually complete orders within 7-14 days during quieter periods and I will always give you a date for shipping when I receive your order.

If you require an item at short notice, please contact me at emma [!at] littleredbird-designs.co.uk and I will let you know if this is possible, before making an order.

I use Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery (1st Class and 2nd Class) for posting packages within the UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class items within 1 day from date of shipping within the UK, and 2nd Class items within 3 days. (Please note that I am unable to guarantee these timescales, however it is possible for me to track the items if you let me know that your order has not arrived).

If you would prefer a cheaper service, eg 2nd class or 1st class standard delivery, please let me know and I will refund you the difference in cost via Paypal. (Please note that I cannot accept any responsibility in the event that a parcel goes missing in transit, unless you have used the Royal Mail recorded delivery service).

International Buyers - please contact me for shipping tarriffs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
