Where can I download my purchased files?
Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you need another size or are having issues downloading, please send me a message and I'll help ASAP.
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email, feel free to contact me and I will help you out!
Please be aware that the Etsy app on mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You will only be able to download on a desktop or laptop.
What kind of paper can I print on?
Heavyweight, matte photo paper or smooth card stock works great for all of the printables in my shop. You can find quality paper at office supply stores and big box stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Staples, etc.
Be sure to disable automatic color correction in your print settings. If you're using a professional print service, please instruct them not to apply color correction.
Where can I print my purchased files?
You're welcome to print your files at any service of your choice. Print at home if you prefer, or for BEST quality results you can print at any home office store such as Costco, Staples, Walgreens, Kinkos, etc. Any photo printing service will work - all of my files are 300 PPI for best quality.
Can I resell any of the files purchased from Little Roots Studio?
Short answer is no.
Please do not:
- Share or sell the digital file via email, website, social media, or any other digital medium.
- Sell printed versions of the digital file.
- Edit, alter, or manipulate the digital file.
- Please DO NOT submit files to print wholesale companies such as AliExpress, AliBaba, etc. Please contact me for recommended printers. Sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
Encouraged and permitted use:
- Printable files are to be enjoyed for personal use. Please do not share with others unless purchased as a one-time gift.
- Printed versions of printables can be displayed in your home, office, etc.
