Custom and personalized orders
We take pride in creating a piece of jewelry especially for you. Since the piece is custom made for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, ,or resizings on custom made jewelry.
Sizing details
The absolute best way to determine the size for a ring is to take the finger it will be worn on to a jeweler and have it sized. Rings wider than 4mm should be sized with the jeweler's WIDE BAND sizer.
Do you use real sterling silver?
Yes! If the listing says sterling silver, it is .925 sterling silver. We purchase 99% of our silver (sterling and fine) from Rio Grande.
How fast is your free shipping?
We provide free standard domestic US shipping on sterling silver items. Usually items arrive in 4-5 days.
What if my shipment is delayed or lost?
Our responsibility for the item is finished when the package is in the hands of the Post Office. We suggest you contact the USPS, however. You may be able to file a claim.
If the ring I ordered doesn't fit, can I send it back to be resized?
No, resizing involves at the least removing the stone (which can damage it) and resoldering the band. For increases in size, a whole new band would have to be made. This is why it is critically important that you have the finger sized prior to purchase.
Are the stones you use genuine?
Yes! We search the internet for gemstones that are fairly priced to be able to make jewelry that is affordable.
Custom and personalized orders
I reserve the right to require a deposit on personalized orders, such as when I order a particular stone or material. I will specify details through Etsy conversations when needed.
