Custom orders including leather bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged as they are custom cut per order instructions.

To accurately measure your wrist:

Use a tape measure and measure your wrist exactly below the wrist bone. Alternatively, use a string and cut to fit exactly once around your wrist, then measure the string on a ruler to find your measurement.

As products are made with genuine leather, they should not be exposed to water. Do not swim or shower wearing your leather jewelry.

It is strongly advised to wear the rubber backings provided to keep earrings secure. Little Studio Design Co is not responsible to replace lost earrings.

All packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Little Studio Design is not responsible to replace or refund purchases that have been marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS.

Seller will ship to address given from buyer on order receipt. Buyer is responsible to provide the correct mailing address.

Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays incurred by the postal service/shipping provider.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for stolen packages.

If the tracking information for your package confirms the package has been "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local USPS to file a missing report and send a copy to us for verification.

Returns:

1.Please contact me via Etsy conversation within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to request return authorization.

2. Items must arrive in unused/as new condition within 14 days of purchase and in protective packaging to safeguard the product. Items must not have any signs of damage or wear and tear or odors from smoke or perfume. Any damage will void the return.

3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit and therefore insist returned items must be shipped with tracking.

4. Your purchase will be refunded once the returned item has been received in new condition and meets the requirements.

*Custom items cannot be returned.
