Frequently asked questions
How are they made?
Our wall decals are proudly designed and made by us. We take our own hand painted illustrations and print them, using archival pigment inks, onto eco-friendly self adhesive fabric (non toxic, PVC free and biodegradable over time). We then cut, package and send them off to their new homes.
Are they easy to use?
They are peel and stick (no tools necessary). You can move and reapply these lovelies hundreds of times, without them losing their sticky. They are perfect for rental houses and for little ones who like to change their room to fit their mood!
How/When will I receive it?
It usually takes 1-3 days for us to put your order together and get it shipped. Please check the shipping calculator on the listing for shipping costs and timescales.
Are your decals environmentally friendly?
We love and find inspiration from the natural world around us, and are passionate about making sure we do all we can to look after it. We use recycled/recyclable/biodegradable materials whenever we can, source everything we can locally and avoid single use plastics wherever possible.

Our company is registered at the Packaging Register (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3870291087327. My Dual System Licensing partner is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
***IMPORTANT*** Will I have to pay any customs/import charges?
Whenever you order items from abroad it is possible you will have to pay customs charges and/or VAT on entry to your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand about and pay these. Please check your local customs and tax information. Many countries have an online calculators to help understand if/what you would need to pay. If you are still unsure, ask us, and we might be able to point you in the right direction to find out.
Orders to the US will not pay customs fees.
Customers will often have to pay an additional Royal Mail/Courier handling fee if VAT is applied.
Will your decals work on my walls?
Our decals are designed to work across a wide range of painted wall types including lightly textured walls. If your wall is heavily textured this can cause less of the decal to be in contact with the wall and therefore can affect how well they stick.
Some paints are designed to actively prevent anything sticking to them (paint sometimes formulated with latex, teflon and silicone or called stain resistant/blocking) are made to create a non-stick surface causing issues for all wall decals.
If you think you have one of these walls, we would suggest using our ''high tack media. This behaves in the same way i.e. re-positionable, leaves no marks etc, but is a little more fiddly and is not opaque.
Just leave a note when you place your order.
What is your Standard International Shipping option?
We generally use Australia Post, taking your order from us and delivering it to your local postal service. Whilst this service is very reliable and quick, it does however, mean that when customs/postal networks are struggling, there is a chance that your shipment may be slowed down as a result.
Additionally, in some countries i.e. most of Europe, the local postal network collects customs charges from the customer, this may incur an additional charge which is also the responsibility of the customer.
What is your International Expedited Processing/Shipping option?
Orders with this option selected will get priority order processing i.e. made and despatched as a priority ahead of standard orders, they will also receive an upgrade to the Express service that provides a shorter delivery timeframe.
What if I don't accept delivery of a shipment or I give the incorrect address?
All our products are made to order, therefore all returned shipments due to customers not accepting the delivery or failing to give the correct address will incur a 15% surcharge as it costs us money to have the item returned to us. We also, will not refund any postage paid just as we don't for returned items.
Is the International Expedited Processing/Shipping option available everywhere?
We are unable to offer this upgrade to some countries, however as a rough guide we offer the service to:

- Asia
- Oceania
