"HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT STRAP COVER LENGTH?"

EVERY CAR SEAT & STROLLER IS DIFFERENT. BEFORE PURCHASING - measure the distance between the breast clip in the proper position and the top of the strap and subtract 0.5-1 inch (see last photo). Always follow the car seat and stroller manufacturer's recommendation for proper positioning of straps and clips.

Most items (up to 13 oz) will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail for appx. $4-5 for the first item, depending on the zone.

Please allow at least 7-10 days for delivery.

All packages are shipped to SHIP TO address specified on your Etsy order. Please make sure it is correct to avoid delays or lost packages. Packages that get lost due to an incorrect SHIP TO address will not be replaced or refunded. If a package returns back because of incorrect address, I will be happy to re-ship the package to a different address, but you will need to pay the shipping charges.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

I usually ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days of receiving your order.
If your order requires customization (snaps vs. hook and loop fasteners, different length, etc) please allow 2 additional business days.

While most packages arrive within 3-5 days please allow at least 7-10 days for delivery. Sometimes USPS might take up to 2 weeks to deliver.
Unfortunately USPS DELAYS, especially during busy holiday season or inclement weather are completely out of our control, so please plan accordingly. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is in the control of USPS and it's their responsibility to deliver the package in the time frame they promised and advertised.

EMBROIDERY: "I'd like to add my child's name to strap covers, can you do it?" Unfortunately NO, at this time I do not own an Embroidery Machine, so I cannot do it.


CARE:
- Cotton items can be washed in cool/warm water with similar colors.
- Minky with dots should NOT be ironed as the dots will disappear.
- Faux Fur items should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. DO NOT IRON.

SHIPPING & PLASTIC:
Most items are shipped in yellow bubble envelope (or brown paper on request only), wrapped in one sheet of tissue paper & 1page packing slip. There are no other plastics or tags on my items or in the package.

Jewelry, being fragile items, will be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and/or placed in cardboard or another Ziploc® bag.

Many people are very used to the term VELCRO®. However VELCRO® and "hook and loop" are not interchangeable and even if a handmade item is made using genuine VELCRO® brand fasteners the company does not allow the use of VELCRO® brand name since it cannot be verified.

"Licensed fabric" means the fabric is licensed by the rights owner to be manufactured and sold. It does not mean the fabric is licensed at the time it is sold by stores to crafters. When you receive "LittleThingsToGo has shipped your order!" email, there is "TRACK PACKAGE" button at the top of that email - click on that to view the tracking information from USPS.

If there is a tracking number - that means I have shipped your order and it is on its way to you.

Did you move recently and forgot to update your Etsy shipping address? Please make sure you have your up to date address in Etsy. Once the package is dropped off at post office, it is in the control of USPS.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but in a rare instance when a buyers needs to return an item:
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- item must be returned in its original (new and unused) condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
- buyer will be refunded the cost of the item + sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable.
