-How do I provide personalization details?
Please enter the name, initials, or text you’d like engraved in the personalization box at checkout.
If additional clarification is needed, we may contact you via Etsy messages.
➡️ Please double-check spelling and formatting, as items are engraved exactly as submitted.
-Processing Time for Personalized Items
Please allow 24–42 hours (weekdays) for personalization before your order ships.
Personalized items may take slightly longer than non-custom orders, especially during busy seasons. We always do our best to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
-Can I change or cancel my personalization?
Because engraving begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
If you need to make a change, please message us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
-Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of engraved items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect personalization provided by the buyer
-Change of mind
However, if your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error made by us, please contact us right away and we will happily resolve the issue.
Orders are shipped once personalization and engraving are complete.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times provided by Etsy are approximations and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.
