►How do I care for my ceramic plate?
• Kiln fired ceramic is very durable and meant for everyday use. Your plate is dishwasher safe. I don't suggest microwaving your plate.
► When will my order ship out?
We ship out all orders according to current turnaround estimates. Your shipping confirmation email will show your order status.
► I have a problem with my order, how can we fix it?
We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so one of our customer service superstars can quickly assist you!
- Order Number
- Image of problem
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.
Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.
If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.
