Miniatures are pretty much waterproof but they are still tiny and fragile so do take care of the finer parts. Do not leave the miniatures on plastic surfaces (unless it is Food Safe plastic) for a prolonged period of time. Do not leave miniatures in direct sunlight since colours may fade. You can use the miniatures with your other plastic toys/miniatures but don't leave them on the plates to display. Store them separately away from other plastic items as chemicals can react and leak. In an effort to help mother earth and reduce carbon footprint, Littlest Sweet Shop may use recycled (but clean) packaging and boxes. As an environmentally conscious person, I re-use almost every single bit of packaging material like bubble wrap and air pillows from my own deliveries.
I also do not waste more paper to print business cards/flyers to add in your order as I believe that people might throw them away since it is additional clutter. There is no fancy packaging or branded boxes. This way I can also save shop costs and keep the prices of my miniatures low.

I live in rural England with no post office. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, our mobile post office is no longer available but I will still dispatch everything at my nearest post office on Tuesday.

Untracked shipping is a default option and also the cheapest. I always save proof of postage for every order however if there is a missing package, it will take up to 6 months to file a compensation. All standard (default) shipping is insured up to £20 ONLY. Maximum compensation for un-tracked shipping is £20 so please upgrade to tracked shipping if your order total is more than £20 or if you have had history of missing packages in the past.
In some cases, if you order multiple items and your default shipping total is close to tracked shipping cost, I will upgrade your shipping for free (at my discretion) and send you a tracking number.

Unfortunately this can happen although it is a very rare occurrence. If your delivery is the standard shipping (no tracking, our default shipping method) the maximum compensation is only £20. Therefore I can only refund you a maximum of £20 even if your order is over that amount.
If after a few months you still haven't received your order, I can either issue you a refund or send you out a new one. However please be aware that most of the items in our shop is one-of-a-kind so it's not easily replaced.
Buyers are also responsible for your own shipping address. If you accidentally sent a wrong address or need it changed, I can always change it before dispatching your package. Just send me a message (before your order gets shipped).
