Shipping

I am located in the Netherlands , Europe and I ship by priority airmail (does not provide tracking number).

Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be handmade especially for you!
I ship orders in the order they are received and according to requests :)

Damaged items:
If the item arrives damaged I'll offer a refund or a replacement if photo proof is provided or if you ship the item back to me (i'll refund original postage fee). Please contact me within 15 days after item received. I can also fix items at no extra charge, other then shipping charge.

Incorrect items:
If you do not received what you have ordered (either in style or color) you can return it to me and I'll ship the correct item (I'll refund original postage fee).

Lost orders:
It is rare that a order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds). I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package, sometimes takes a long time if it is held in customs - you should always contact your local post office.

Incorrect address:
Make sure your etsy address is correct, I am not responsible for lost orders shipped for incorrect address. If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.

Items that do not fit:
I am able to create custom sizes and I always ask if you have any size request by the time you order - if there's no request I'll ship the default size stated on the product description - it is the buyer responsibility to ask for custom made sizes.
If the item does not fit you you can return it to me to be fixed and it will be shipped again upon postage payment.

Please note that the jewelry is handmade for you upon your order and I do not accept returns or refunds besides the situations stated above.

Adjustments
I can adjust most items to fit your size preferences, you just need to include a note at checkout or contact me via etsy message. This usually does not require extra fee.

Jewelry care
I offer costume/fashion jewelry and therefore it needs special care to ensure a longer life span (however it will be much limited then precious metal jewelry). My golden chains are now "tarnish resistant" according to supplier but they are not tarnish proof. Please make sure you acknowledge the nature of my jewelry before purchasing.

Simple steps to keep your jewelry in good condition:
✺ AVOID any contact with water/lotion/perfume - they'll get rusty if you leave them wet or moist - this is critical to prevent damages;
✺ Clean the piece after use with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and natural skin oils that can damage the metals;
✺ Store jewelry away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use - direct sunlight can discolor the piece and oxygen is known to oxidize almost everything on earth.
