Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders! Just message me with the details of what you are looking for, along with approximate measurements and I will do my best to make it all reality. 😉
Liz's Wood Designs does have the right to decline any custom orders for any reason.
Recommended Way To Hang Signs
I don’t offer any string or hooks with my signs. I always recommend using command hooks or small nails. Whatever works best for you. 😉
Wood Types
Most of our signs are made out of either 1/8" or 1/4" Baltic Birch. I recommend going with the 1/4" for any signs over 24" or so. The 1/4" is just a little thicker and will not have as much flexibility, therefore making your sign more durable. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
Processing Time
Processing times are 4-7 business days. Please message me if you have questions about whether your sign will arrive on time for your event. You can purchase the rush my order listing if you want to rush your order. You can also upgrade to UPS shipping at checkout to make shipping times faster.
Items Arrived Damaged
While I do my absolute best to make sure all items are packaged very carefully, items do get broken during the shipping process at times. If your item has shown up broken or damaged, please send me a picture of the item. I always offer to send you a new one or give you a refund. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
Do I offer custom paint colors?
Unfortunately, at this time I don't offer custom paint colors. All the signs come sanded and ready to paint, making it very easy to paint the color of your choosing when you receive the signs. :)
