I gladly will do custom orders. Payment of 1/2 the order total will be required at time of request and the balance before shipping. No refunds on custom orders.
I also will add an Initial to your wreath for additional charge. If possible I will personalize a sign for your wreath or decor order. Payment of 1/2 the order total will be required at the time of you request and the balance before the item(s) are shipped. No refunds on personalized orders.
Additional shipping cost maybe incurred if the item is more than a standard shipping cost.

Items are interior or exterior use except if noted in item description. In hot climates, extreme sun the items do have glued pieces and will not hold up to hot temperatures over 85 degrees. Exterior items should be in a covered area, shielded from wind or severe weather.
Save your shipping box to store your wreath.

If you are sending this as gift, let me know and I will add a note with wording of your choice and wrap the item in tissue papers inside the shipping box, with added ribbon bows.

Refunds are not accepted if your item is lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. You can add insurance if you request it. Returns are only accepted if you first contact me and discuss your issue. No returns after 2 days of receiving your item with contacting our shop to discuss your concerns.
