Due to the difference in computer monitors, screens and lighting, colors may appear slightly different in person than in the pictures.

To order disks, please visit www.lizzyfishsigns.com and shop for "birthday board disks". If you're unsure of your color(s) or font, just take your best guess. I go back into my records to make sure your new disks will match as closely as possible to existing calendars, but I may ask for a picture.

Non-Vacation Timelines: Please refer to Etsy's delivery estimate for timelines. I'm a one-person show and work really hard to stay ahead of schedule, however I cannot guarantee every order will be shipped in under the specified amount of time. Estimated delivery dates should be shown when ordering, so please plan accordingly.

When ordering a frame, please consult the shipping chart located in the listing photos for shipping days. If you need a frame shipped quickly, be sure to select the fast option in the size dropdown box for the desired size. If you need an item even sooner, please message me BEFORE ordering.

Each frame includes a sawtooth hanger and a peg for standing.

Because the frames are really designed to be set on a surface, (desk, table, etc) the sawtooth hanger comes unattached. A small hammer will be needed to attach it to the back if you wish to hang the frame.

If you know in advance that you want to hang the frame, you can request the sawtooth be attached before shipping. Just note it in the "note to seller" or "personalization" box when ordering.

The peg for standing just needs to be inserted into the hole pre-drilled on the back of the frame.

If an order is shipped to the address on the order and is mistakenly returned due to post office error, I will resend to the original address free of charge. If it is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address by the customer, I can create a custom listing for the cost to re-ship the order to the correct address (which can be entered at time of payment for the additional shipping).
