From start to finish, her communication was exceptional—even with an 11-hour time difference between us (I’m in Australia), she was always responsive and available to message. Lizzy made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. On top of that, her pricing was very reasonable for the quality and care she puts into her work. What I appreciated most was her expert guidance with the fabrics—she helped me choose colours and combinations that worked beautifully together, which made such a difference to the final result. They are beautiful ❤️ beyond my expectations.... the quality and attention to detail demonstrates how much love and care Lizzy put's into her work. My mum would've loved them. They are more than worth the money you are charged and the delivery was fast and reliable. Customer service was next level, I asked if it was possible to deliver mid February for personal reasons and although extremely busy Lizzy was able to complete this request which I am extremely grateful for, thank you ❤️
