This honey has sour taste to it. Had I know this before hand, I wouldn't have purchased it. Sour taste isn't something expected from honey. This is my opinion though.

Hello Calvin, I am sorry you felt the honey is sour, but I can confirm our Hi eat is not Sour and he has not been tampered with. it was also verified by the Drug and Foods Agency for meeting the International Standard of a honey. it’s natural and organic honey that has not been added any sugar or sweetener.
