First of all, thank you so much for your purchase, however this is not the type of response we were expecting or used to for this particular product. We only sell item(s) that we trust and believe is good enough for someone to put their trust in us as well. We do not follow the line of business where customers are not happy, nor do we try to set ourselves up for dissappointment. We are very sorry you had this experience, as we have sold many quantites of these tapes on other platforms as well.We have never received a response/review like this, but will def take this seriously and follow up with manufacturer/supplier to see if they've been facing this issue with their other purchasers.
