Frequently asked questions
How long do preorders take?
Preorders for my style of pins tend to last anywhere from 1 - 3 months. This timeframe can vary depending on delays, holidays, and any manufacturing issues that may occur. Designs are subject to minor changes depending on the production process.
Can I get a refund on my preordered item?
No. I run preorders specifically to get the pin funded so all preorder money goes into the production of that pin.
What happens if I order an instock item with my preorder?
If you order an item that is in stock along with a preorder item both will ship when the preordered item has arrived. If you'd rather get your items separately feel free to order as two different transactions.
What grade quality will my preorder pin be?
All preordered pins will be standard (aka A grade) quality!
What's the difference between standard and second grade?
Standard grade is the closest to perfect an item can be. All items in my shop are handmade and by nature may have very small variations.
Second grade is an item with more visible flaws and thus is at a discount price. Please check individual listing info for details on these flaws as they effect every item differently.
Are your stickers waterproof?
I'm happy to announce that all my stickers & sticker sheets are now waterproof and glossy! This means they can now withstand a lot more water contact and are far more durable than before.
I still recommend hand washing items with the stickers on them (like water bottles) to ensure they're not exposed to too much heat in the dishwasher :)
Why dont sticker orders come with tracked shipping?
Because stickers are such small items, I choose to ship via stamped mail so as to keep costs low for both me and you. If you would prefer me to ship your stickers through tracked shipping feel free to send me a message and we can arrange it!
