How do I get my files?
Your files are ready right after payment. Go to You > Purchases and reviews > Download files, or use the link in the email Etsy sends you. PDFs open on any computer, tablet or phone. Zip files open on Windows by right-clicking > Extract All. Please save a backup copy.
Can I return a digital item?
Because you get the files instantly, digital purchases can't be returned or exchanged. But if a file won't open, is missing or is broken, message me and I'll fix it or send it again, usually within 1 to 2 days. Bought the same item twice by mistake? Message me within 7 days and I'll refund the duplicate.
Do I get updates?
Yes! AI tools change fast. When I update a guide or kit, buyers get the new version free. Message me any time and I'll send the latest copy.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your purchase is for you (one person or one household). You can read, print for yourself, keep the files on your devices, and use the prompts, settings, workflows and bot code in your own projects, even ones you make money from. Please don't share, upload or resell the files or their pages, or put the guide into an AI tool, course or website to make something new. For a class or team, message me about a group license.
Do I need to buy any software?
No. The guides teach free software like LM Studio, Ollama and ComfyUI. You need your own computer and internet to download the free tools and models. This shop is not made by or connected to any company named in the guides.
Will this work on my computer?
Best results: a Windows PC with a graphics card that has 8 GB of memory or more. Chat AI works on smaller computers, just slower. Not sure? Message me your computer specs before you buy and I'll tell you what you can run.
I'm not good with computers. Is this for me?
Yes! Everything is written for total beginners at a 6th grade reading level, with every step and every word explained.
I bought the Guide. Can I upgrade to the Starter Kit?
Yes. Message me and I'll set up a custom listing so you only pay the difference.
Can I cancel my order?
Digital orders are delivered instantly, so they can't be cancelled after payment. If you made a mistake, message me and we'll sort it out.
How fast do you answer messages?
Within 1 to 2 days, usually faster. Please message me before opening a case. Most problems are fixed in a single reply.
