HOW INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNFAIR! The issue was BAD JUDGEMENT in trying to fit a square dimension graphic onto a rectangular shape AVERY LABEL and getting her PRINTER to not cut off the left side. None of which were related to her download. My file has been purchased by several people; I have personally used it. It cuts perfectly. To assist her, I created a rectangular layout for this graphic and sent it to her at no additional cost. Two weeks have passed. I've gotten no acknowledgment of any kind. She does not hold herself to the same immediate response standards that she holds others to. I went over and above to make this right. I work hard to put out only great files and a satisfied customer is extremely important to me. It is hard to build up your reviews on Etsy, so this rating is devastating.

5 out of 5 starsI had to get this to make for my dad! He is retiring from his job..and thought it would be perfect for him! It was easy to download and to cut! I’m just waiting on my shirt to arrive. Highly recommend!!
