I ordered this sticker for my husband who is a firefighter from The Crenshaw district. “5th ave and Florence to be exact,” as he would say . He’s so proud of where he’s from and the sticker was perfect for his fire helmet. Great quality and would definitely order again. Thanks Local Hype!

My Local Hype Story

Hey there, I'm Dorretha, owner of LOCAL HYPE. Thanks for supporting my small business.

I'm a graphic designer by night and love all things creative. Born and raised throughout out Southern Cali, ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you I love the Westside and I Looove LA.

LOCAL HYPE was born out of this love for my 'hood and a passion to share original designs representing my city in a fun, bold and colorful way. But I'm not the only one who loves my neigh'!

What makes LOCAL HYPE different is not just my original LA-centric designs that you won't find anywhere else, but every design was created with YOU in mind. Customize your favorites to YOUR Hood, in YOUR Favorite Colors or represent your hood in YOUR own Skin Tone.

I got you! If you'd like an existing design on a specific product already or not yet in the shop, shoot me a message with the details, and I may be able to design that custom for you.

Ok, I feel you! If you'd like your name on a specific product already or not yet in the shop, shoot me a message with the details, and I may be able to design it custom for you.

Why do your prices seem higher than other shops for the same kind of product?

Good question! Unable to speak for other shops, I can say that I've decided to use higher quality apparel and products for the items I put my name on.

For instance, my phone cases are a tougher, dual-layered case for better protection; and my water bottles are insulated stainless steel to help keep your beverages both hot and cold longer. I've put this same kind of thought into the t-shirt and hoodie brands that I've chosen to carry.

For specific details on any item, please check out the Product Details photo inside each listing. And if you have any other specific questions, please don't hesitate to message me directly. I'll reply as soon as I'm able.

Can you deliver my order by a specific date?

While I always do my best to get order to you as quickly as possible, delivery date requests sent after a purchase, or left in the 'Note to Seller' section at checkout cannot be guaranteed. If you need your delivery by a specific date, please reach out to me BEFORE placing your order so that I advise if your request can be accommodated.
