Local Laser Co. is a small scale American Laser manufacturer and fabricator based on the East Coast. Our specialty is heirloom quality leather goods and branding products using premium vegetable tanned leather from one of America's oldest tanneries. Leather is a tricky material to laser cut and engrave but over the years we have perfected our process through trial and error to bring you consistency and quality in our products. Every product we manufacture is touched at least 5 times by us from sourcing the finest materials, preparing those materials for laser cutting & engraving, cleaning the product post production, assembly, sorting, packing and shipping! We manage to keep our lead times short despite all of the steps involved in laser production.
We are proud to use Epilog Laser systems, one of the top two US made and manufactured laser suppliers. Using top notch machinery allows us to cut fabricate with incredible speed and accuracy and allows us to engrave the finest details with absolute precision resulting in higher quality products with faster lead times.

I need my order quickly. Do you offer a rush order upgrade?
Yes, we offer a limited number of rush order upgrades! Visit our 'Rush My Order' listing linked below and select the product you are purchasing in the drop down menu labeled 'Product Purchased'. We recommend upgrading your shipping to a minimum of USPS Priority Mail to help ensure there are no shipping delays.

How do I add my logo or image to my label design?
We will need a high quality (minimum 300 dpi) or vector format (.png, .pdf, .ai, .eps) file or your design - low resolution images will produce lower quality prints. For best results files should be simple, clean and black & white only (no shades of grey). Please ensure that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the design or artwork that will be engraved on your labels.

What are your operating hours?
We operate during standard hours of 9am-5pm EST Monday - Friday.
I don't have a label design, can you make one for me?
We are able to put together text only designs for labels but if you need something more we recommend working with a graphic designer - we are not able to offer graphic design services at this time.
I'm ordering labels - will I receive a proof?
We send out proofs for text only label orders of 50+ and all label orders that have more design variables than 1-2 rows of text. If you want to approve a proof and are not sure if you will receive one just let us know in the 'note to seller' section that you would like to see a proof before production.
If we need to send you a proof or have questions regarding your order we will contact you through Etsy Messages so please keep an eye on your account for a smooth and speedy turnaround!
