5 out of 5 starsI ordered the “loc’d and educated” earrings and instead received “loc’d from the roots” earrings. I’m not sure if what I wanted was not available but it could have been communicated better. These are a Christmas gift so I’ll roll with it for now. The quality of the earrings seems pretty good. *Update* The seller contacted me after I rated the product/experience and corrected the mistake that took place. I received both pairs of the earrings I originally ordered at no extra cost. Love both styles of earrings and I would recommend products from this seller.

The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was so pleased with this product and my customer experience that I returned to buy additional to gift as well.
