As LockPaperEscape's products are DIGITAL, there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges if the product has been downloaded by the customer. If you purchase an item by mistake, please DO NOT download the product but contact me for support.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL ITEM
All of LockPaperEscape's digital items are available via instant download. This means that if you have paid with a PayPal account or credit/debit card your purchase will be available immediately.
On rare occasions, new members to Etsy will experience a delay in payments being processed if this happens don't worry as soon as the payment has been authorized by your bank your digital item will be available.
CAN I RESELL YOUR DESIGNS OR USE THEM FOR MY CUSTOMERS?

If you purchase an item from LockPaerEscape you may not resell it, redistribute it or share it as a digital file or claim the design as your own. The purpose of the designs is for your own personal use.
Encouraged and permitted use:
- Printable files are to be enjoyed for personal use. Please do not share with others unless purchased as a one-time gift.
- A single printed versions can be used in your home, office, or school classroom.
Please do not:
- Share or sell the digital file via email, website, social media, or any other digital medium.
- Sell printed versions of the digital file.
- Edit, alter or manipulate the digital file.
WHERE ARE MY FILES?
As soon as payment has cleared your files are ready to download from your Etsy account, navigate to the purchases and reviews section of your account. If you checked out as a guest, click on the link in the email sent to you from Etsy. Make sure you DO NOT use the Etsy app to download your files as they will not appear. Instead if you are on a mobile device make sure you use you devices browser instead.
