Can I print my own text?
Yes, we can print any text you want. Just write your request in the PERSONALIZATION BOX while placing your order or send us direct message if such BOX is not displayed on the listing
What size will fit me best?
Please check the size chart included in each listing photos. Most of our apparel is unisex. For the regular fit choose the size you normally wear and for oversized look choose the size 2 or 3 times larger. You can also reach out to us and ask for a Style Guide which will show you our apparel on a man as well as a woman.
How soon will my order arrive?
The delivery time depends on your location and the time of the year.
Average production time takes 2-5 days and the delivery time might take additional 2-5 days. This means that your order should reach you within 5-10 business days. If you want to be extra safe, please always place your order min 10 days before the actual date you need the package to arrive to you.
During holiday season such as Christmas or Easter the delivery might take a bit longer so please count some extra time and place your order faster
Product Replacement/Refund
If your product is not as described or arrives faulty, we will offer you a free replacement. Full refund is possible in case if the package gets lost and the post office is not able to locate it.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer size exchange because the designs are printed on demand and we do not keep any additional stock. Please make sure that you know your size and if you have any questions please have a look at the Style Guide as well as the Size Chart available on photos attached to each product
Quality Guarantee
Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service and top quality products. This is why we teamed up with a super reliable print on demand provider who is helping us meet the demand by printing and shipping our products to you. The processing time has been limited to the minimum and we try to deliver our products to you as fast as possible. However please allow extra time during the hot shopping period before the holidays and order your items early enough so they can reach you on time.
Custom and personalized orders
If you change your mind you can cancel your order within 1h, after that time the cancellation is not possible because the production process can not be stopped. Please always place your order ahead of time if you need it to arrive at a certain date. Due to everchanging weather conditions and different carriers we use, we are not able to guarantee any delivery dates, especially before Christmas
Additional Fees
Normally the price which you pay via Etsy is final, however there might be some exceptions. Depending on your location you are responsible for any additional custom fees or taxes specified by your country
