What happens if I receive the poster folded or in bad condition ?
No problem, contact us right away and send us a photo of the poster and the packaging and we will help you as soon as possible.
What happens if the product has not arrived on schedule ?
Contact us as soon as possible to locate the order.
We recommend doing it within 15 days of the expected delivery date because otherwise we will not be able to claim the transport company.

Cancellations
You have 24 hours after the purchase to cancel the order because then the product is sent to manufacturing and in some cases already to the destination. If the item has already been sent or manufactured, we do not accept cancellations of your order.
