I made a special order for (5) black wool willie warmer with a pinch clamp for the retaining lace and a hole in the tip for use with a Catheter. Julia suggested that due to the nature of the item that the project required use of a non-irritating wool yarn, researched and found and procured the necessary yarn. She made the order in just a few days keeping me apprised of progress by messages. The Order arrived quickly and in great condition. I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship and quickly tried one on for fit and function. The warmer was easy to put on and tighten, fitting comfortably, while the wool was absolutely soft and non-irritating as advertised.
