What type of printing method do you use?
Designs are DTG (direct-to-garment) printed. This means the ink is absorbed into the fibers of the fabric rather than placed on top of it.
I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order. Where are the rest of my items?
Items are shipped soon after they are processed, this may result in multiple packages if ordering more than one item.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Please note these times may extend during the holiday peak season.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class mail, UPS or DH Express. Please allow 4-6 business days (after processing) for delivery. Please note these times may extend during the holiday peak season.
Tracking information will be added to your order once item has shipped, please review your order details to find the tracking information.
Custom and personalized orders
USPS, UPS & DH Express may take a few days to sort through packages resulting in delayed updates. It is also not uncommon for items to reach their final destination and still be marked as "pre-transit" due to not getting scanned during transit/upon delivery.
I entered the wrong address when placing my order. Can my order be re-shipped?
Orders that need to be re-shipped due to buyer's error will be charged a re-shipping fee.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Lolin Creative is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the
shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we
hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the
item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point
from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police
department.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is
responsible for paying for re-shipment.
What are the care instructions for this item?
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not
dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if
it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the
buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
