Please note that we are a physical store based in Sheffield UK, our store is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm.
We have featured on Channel4's Posh Pawnbrokers and ITVs Million pound pawn.
We are only available to respond to Etsy messages during the weekdays and messages are not monitored on weekends or out of hours so please be patient when waiting for a response.

Products
• We aim to supply the very best quality vintage and antique jewellery; each piece is carefully hand selected by our experienced team.
• Please be aware that all items are pre-owned, due to the nature of vintage and antique jewellery there may be evidence of wear.
• All jewellery is thoroughly cleaned, polished and restored before uploading to our site.
• All jewellery is solid gold or silver, we do not supply plated pieces.
• We carry out an acid or X-ray test on each piece when sourcing to ensure the carat of the gold and purity of the metal.
• If the Item is described to be set with Diamonds, please be assured that it will have been tested and inspected by a member of our experienced team to confirm this.
• Gemstone Jewellery is described as seen and does not come with certification unless stated in the product description due to the items being preowned.
Shipping policy
**Please note that we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days**
UK Postage
We post using the Royal mail special delivery service, this is tracked and signed for. After the item has been dispatched by us, we provide you with the tracking number for you to track your item. It should then be with you the next working day, however we cannot guarantee this.
Overseas postage
We dispatch using the Royal mail international tracked and signed for service, once the parcel reaches the country of destination it is handed to the partner company, this can be tracked using the tracking number provided.
**CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY**
Please note all customs / import duty taxes or charges are the responsibility of the buyer and not that of London Road Jewellers. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please be aware of VAT & Import Duty / Taxes relevant to your location is down to the buyer.
Packaging
All orders come in a London Road Jewellers box and packaged in a bubble wrap postage bag.
Returns and exchanges
• Returns are only accepted following Esty’s return guidelines.
• Returns are only accepted within 14 days, the buyer must contact us within 14 days to notify us they wish to return an item in order to be eligible for a refund.
• Before returning to us please send us a message to make us aware you wish to return your item, please DO NOT post an item back to us without letting us know first.
• If you wish to return your item, we only accept returns that have been unworn and in the exact condition they were sold in, with no additional wear, damage or alterations.
**Please note that we take detailed descriptions of each piece to ensure we can see any wear or damage which may have been added to the piece after the sale**
• Returns are processed once the item has arrived back to us and checked over.
• We are not responsible for the postage cost of sending the item back to us.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable; buyer pays for the return shipping plus the original postage costs.
• Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Photography
• Boxes used in all our photography are for display purpose only, your order will arrive in a London Road Jewellers branded box.
• Chains displaying pendants are there for the display purpose only, they are not supplied with the pendant unless stated otherwise in the individual product description.
• We take all our photos in a light box with daylight lights to capture the piece as best possible.
• Our images are unedited and unfiltered ensuring a true representation of the piece.
Additional information
We do not offer a ring resize service, we recommend taking it to your local jeweller to be sized correctly, however this does make the item non-refundable.
