What information do I have access to:
When you make a purchase from LoneFoundry, Etsy shares certain order information with me to fulfill your purchase. This may include your Etsy username, shipping name (not applicable here since all products are digital), email address associated with your Etsy account, and the specific item purchased.

I do not have access to your payment details. All payment processing is handled directly by Etsy and its payment partners under Etsy's own privacy policy, which governs how that data is collected and stored.

How I use your information
Information shared with me through your order is used only to:
Purpose: Fulfill your order
Detail: Deliver the correct digital product and any setup instructions

Purpose: Respond to support requests
Detail: Answer questions or resolve issues you raise through Etsy Messages

Purpose: Meet legal obligations
Detail: Comply with tax, accounting, or dispute resolution requirements under applicable law

I do not use your information for marketing outside Etsy's own messaging system, and I do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties beyond what is required to fulfill your order or comply with the law.

Digital products and your data
Every LoneFoundry tool is self-contained and runs entirely on your own device once downloaded. Nothing you enter into a tool after purchase is transmitted back to me, stored on any server I control, or accessible to me in any form. Your usage of the product itself is completely private.

Data retention
I retain order records only as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes under applicable Philippine and international law. Etsy retains transaction data in accordance with its own retention policy, separate from mine.

Your rights
You may contact me at any time through Etsy Messages to ask for the order information I hold related to your purchase, or to request that it be deleted where legally permissible. Requests related to your Etsy account, including payment information, should be directed to Etsy support, as I do not control that data.

Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the shop grows. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order.

OTHER POLICIES FOR REFERENCE
Payment
We accept all payment methods Etsy supports directly through checkout, including credit card, debit card, Etsy gift card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay, where available. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase before any download link is issued.

Shipping
LoneFoundry sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, your download link and any setup instructions are delivered instantly through Etsy's digital download system, accessible from your Etsy purchases page.

If you do not see your download within a few minutes of purchase, check your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews before reaching out. Etsy occasionally delays deliveries during high-traffic periods.

Returns and Exchanges
Because every product is a digital file delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. I am not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a download has been delivered.

Exceptions are made in the following cases only:
Situation: The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
Resolution: Free replacement file sent within 24-48 hours.

Situation: Product does not match the listing description.
Resolution: Full refund or corrected file, buyer's choice.

Situation: Duplicate or accidental purchase, reported within 1 hour, and the file has not yet been downloaded.
Resolution: Full refund

If you run into any issues with a file, message me directly through Etsy first. I stand behind everything I build and will make it right.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been delivered, since delivery is instant and the product cannot be revoked. If you message me within a few minutes of purchase and before download, I will do my best to cancel and refund, but this cannot be guaranteed given how Etsy's digital delivery works.
