1. Ordering & Delivery Policy
Digital Files Only: All items are digital PNG files. No physical product will be shipped or mailed.
Instant Download: Files are accessible immediately after payment via your "Purchases and Reviews" section on Etsy.
Support: If you have any download issues, please contact us. We guarantee a response and file resolution within 24 hours (we appreciate your patience with our UTC+7 time zone).
2. Refunds & Cancellations Policy
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital files (irrevocable download), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is complete.
Technical Issues: If you receive a corrupt or wrong file, contact us immediately. We will promptly email you a working replacement file.
3. Copyright & Usage Policy (Extended Small Commercial Use)
Copyright remains the sole property of Lookgood Digital. Your purchase grants you a flexible license under these terms:
- SMALL COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Included)
This license permits you to use our designs to create and sell physical products, subject to the following limits:
Allowed: You may use the design to print on PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, decals, etc.) for resale.
Modification Allowed: You are permitted to modify, recolor, combine with other elements, or add text to the design to create a new final product design.
Limit: Production is strictly limited to 500 finished units per design.
- STRICTLY PROHIBITED (The Digital Resale Ban)
NO Reselling/Sharing Digital Files: You may NOT sell, share, or redistribute the original or modified digital file in any format.
NO Digital Product Creation: You may NOT use the design (even if modified) to create or sell any new Digital Products (e.g., Digital Planners, Digital Stickers, Digital Papers, or Digital Graphics).
NO Third-Party POD: Do NOT upload to public Print-on-Demand (POD) websites (like Redbubble, Teespring, or Zazzle) unless you manage the printing and fulfillment yourself.
