Gift wrapping and packaging
I send all orders packaged in bubble mailers (padded envelopes) so that they are mailed safe and sound! :) Prints will come with a cardboard backing, and the pins are also encased in cute wrapping within the mailers as well.
If you would like shipping insurance, then please DM me! (or request a custom order)
Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items, but in the case of a defected product, I will happily refund the order, or send a new one to you, but please let me know within 5 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost!
All sale items are final, and I do not accept returns on non-damaged items!
Missing Packages

Grades
- Standard -
Near to perfect (rarely perfect) pins that may have slight imperfections that are only noticeable under close inspection or held in a certain angle under the light: slight scratches, tiny bubbles, slightly low filling
- B Grade -
Good quality pins with more noticeable imperfections than standard pins. These have one or more of these imperfections: scratches, bubbles, specks, low filling, minor chips.
- C Grade -
Lower quality pins, have very noticeable imperfections: apparent scratches, chips, low filling, over-filling, dust/specks, other mistakes in production.
