To ensure your gift is truly special, each of our baskets comes elegantly wrapped in cellophane and finished with a signature bow—our gift to you. If you would like to include a personalized note, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to add it for you.

We are delighted to offer bulk ordering of Christmas ornaments only for your special events or retail needs! To get started, please send us a message specifying the items and quantities you have in mind.

To ensure the highest quality, bulk orders typically require a 60-day lead time. If you’re working on a tighter schedule, please let us know—we do offer a rush service for an additional fee.

Please note: While we strive to accommodate most requests, our hand-woven baskets are not eligible for bulk ordering due to the intricate, time-intensive nature of their creation. Additionally, shipping timelines will scale based on the size of your order.

We take great pride in carefully hand-packing every order, but we know that occasionally things can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send us at least four photos from various angles of both the item and the packaging. This documentation allows us to file a claim with the carrier and find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Your happiness truly means the world to us! If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, please reach out so we can help. For returns, simply ship the item back in its original condition. Once it arrives, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for the item’s price (excluding the original shipping).

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is with the carrier, we will do our very best to accommodate your timeline!

Shipping estimates are provided by Etsy based on carrier data. Please be assured that we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Every package is personally delivered to the post office for scanning, ensuring we receive a drop-off receipt and that your tracking information is activated immediately.

Once a package is in the postal service's care, the transit process is unfortunately beyond our control. As a result, Loop & Knotted Designs cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely and appreciate your understanding of these carrier policies.
